Try to cut back on processed foods..like frozen meals or boxed/canned things, and also try to avoid eating out. As far as carbs go, eat whole grain things and stay away from white/refined flours. When looking on the ingredient list if the first item is not whole grain do not get it. Also, try to do your work out in the morning so you have a fast metabolism all day, and honey and chili powder can help to boost your metabolism. Other than that just eat lots of fruits and veggies and not a lot of junk food!
